It is so true that we are all work in progress. No one has it all, please don't be deceived by the too much negative noise and energy around you. Once you count the cost, then you have to decide whether you are really willing to do what it takes to follow through. There is no easy road to success. Sorry guys, i have been so busy with work, school and some personal stuff. So, today i'd be sharing some words of encouragement with you. I am so much in need of them today because i'm over whelmed with so much and i have decided i won't be giving up on myself. i went in search of some beautiful motivating words to uplift my spirit. Setting growth goals.

Waking up today, i became so emotional about everything. Especially about my life, so many questions - some i had answers to and some i do not have any clue on how to handle or go about them and that got me emotional. As if that wasn't enough, i went visiting the social media, twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the rest. You know what happens when you go there? A lot of noise, a lot of people living life as if there is no struggle or worries, Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good things to learn from the social media but at the same time one can easily lose track or focus. Well, it's my problem and i need to fix myself up and keep moving, Hard work pays and it's about my life not what is happening in other peoples lives. The first wealth is health.

What are you having for lunch or had for lunch ? For me, it was wild rice and grilled chicken with a small bottle of water. i would have taken a picture but i am having a bad camera day.  Well, my lunch picture has nothing to do with my post. But my post has everything to do with healthy lifestyle. Eat right not less for the body you want. We all know what to do to live healthier and better. What you eat shows on your body. When you eat right, you feel good. It is true we can't control everything in our life, but darling, you can control what you put in your body. It is not that we can't eat whatever we like , but make the healthier choice for your sake. As i improved my diet, i started to learn to love myself fiercely probably for the first time. Eat like you give a damn about yourself and thank yourself in the future.  Food is the cause and cure of most disease. A side joke............. Hey baby, Don't eat that cupcake you're sweet enough. Making the decision to determine and act on important priorities daily

Let 's talk about priorities

Actions expresses priorities. - Mahatma Gandhi Up until last year i didn't know what i was doing. I was just living my light without direction or purpose. But early this year, i started thinking more, asking myself those questions i refused to ask or think about, then i made a decision to take myself serious and figure out what's my purpose in life.  I just started, I don't have all the answers but i have taken the first step.  There is need for constant personal development, I have taken it upon myself to do those things that would develop me. Recently i came across a principle called '' Pareto principle'' It stated that by focusing your attention on the top 20 percent of all your priorities, that you would get 80 percent return on your effort''. After i read that, i never looked at myself at the same way again. I have my priorities set before me, what are yours? Are you working towards achieving them or are you still making excuses? Appreciate life.

I am going to be telling a story i read sometime ago. I still can't forget the story because i learnt a great lesson from it. ''A friend e-mailed to me the story of a very ''together'' and independent ninety-two year old woman who was moving into a nursing home.Since she was legally blind and her husband of seventy years had passed away, the move was her only option. She waited in the lobby of the facility for a longtime before finally being told that her room was ready. As she was led  down the hallway, her attendant tried describing the room, down the curtains hung the windows. ''I love it '' the blind lady said. ''But you haven't seen the room yet. Just wait, the attendant responded. ''That doesn't have anything to do with it,'' she replied. Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether i like my room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture is arranged. But how i arrange my mind.  

Valuing people

Think about it darling, you can't dislike people and have a good attitude at the same time. Have you ever met a person with a positive attitude who always treat people badly? For me, it is a Neh, You cannot have a bad attitude and encourage others at the same time. Encouraging people means helping them, looking for the best in them, and trying to bring out their positive qualities. That process drives negative thoughts out of your head. Your interaction with others sets the tone of your day. It's like the music of your life. When your interaction with others is poor, it's like listening to a noisy music without no meaning. but when you place a high value on people and treat them nicely as well, it 's like a sweet melody.  Treat people with respect and experience a better life.

Sweetheart, conduct yourself like the person you want to become, Talk, Act and think.

If you desire to change yourself, honey, then start with your mind. Believe you can improve, that you can change into the person you desire to be. I am a living testimony. Guys, i wouldn't love to meet the old me. ''Timid, insecure, full of fears'', just name it. Today i am better and i'm still work in progress. ''What lies before us and behind us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.'' If your thinking changes, then everything else can follow. Strive to be better. Develop yourself, you have just you and you should gat you. You are special. You are unique. Why not just be you, doll?. What's stopping you?. Love and light always. 

Decide to change your BAD attitude Areas.

I have a friend who deliberately make wrong decisions. He would do things for the moment knowing that they are wrong but would do them anyways. What annoys me the most is that he would in the end vent to me and there by annoying me.  So, one day i was really pissed and i said to him, my dear all your venting and ranting do not work for me anymore. I think you need to work on making the right decisions - you know the positive things to do but you'd prefer to do the negative. Guess what he said to me? ''Juliet, i do not want to do the right things''. Why on earth would someone want to keep doing the wrong thing? My beloved friend doesn't want to change in this area where he has   bad attitude and he has a lot of them. Many people are like him. There are things in our life we cannot choose, such as who are parents are, our race etc. But your attitude is something you can change. And just about everybody has at least a few areas in their thinking that could use

Take responsibility for your ATTITUDE

So last month, first week of March, i was having a quiet moment and i said to myself why are you angered by the way people or event/life treat you? This was me talking to myself, i had no answer rather than the problem is me and not life or people. No one has the right or powers to make me feel good ,  bad or great- I alone is responsible for how i feel or see things. Nobody can make another person happy. That is your job. Each of us must take responsibility for our own attitude. If you want today to be a good day, you need to take charge of the way you look at it.

Having the right ATTITUDE

To grow and be better, an individual need to make a decision to have a positive attitude and they should use it to influence others. Many of us believe our attitude is set and therefore cannot be changed and we see it as one of the ''cards'' of life we have been dealt such as bad temper or a history of health challenge in the family.  Darling, that's not true.Therefore we ought to make the decision to choose and display the right attitude daily. Your attitude is your choice.  In the remaining days of the week , i'd be talking on having the right attitude. i am a learner here. No one has it all. Dear young adults ,let's live a better and more fulfilled lives. The world needs us and to change our world we need to fix us first before we can fix others and the world.
