Serve while still warm

Good intentions quickly fade if we are not careful to serve while impassioned . Our culture, economy, emotions and worries distracts us at every turn. Being human, we want to neglect suffering, learning and hard work to develop us , our environment , community and the people we meet . In the same way, living and no effort towards self development , is dead. Fulfill your purpose in life through constant self and interpersonal development. Mingle with people who also want to be better. Help others who could learn a thing or more from you. Each of us should look not only to our interest , but also to the interest of others. Lets learn to do right at all times. Seek Justice and be just.

This novel captures the chaos and brutality of Nigeria in the 1990s under the rule of  military. The story follows Lomba, a visionary, a political student in the capital city of Lagos, he tried writing a novel for three years but couldn't finish because he had a lot to write about and couldn't conclude.
