You shouldn't settle for mediocrity....!!!

The noun mediocrity means the quality of being average and ordinary. 

  You shouldn't settle for mediocrity.'' what does this statement mean?, It's not about comparing yourself to others. Don't miss the point. When you are asked or when you know you shouldn't settle for me mediocrity, it means you should work your hardest to match your potential. Whenever you ain't doing your best to be more  or add value, you're being mediocre. Smart people, people who want to change their life and the lives of others, will never accept mediocrity in them nor their team. Once you remove mediocrity from your life's equation, you are on the path of achieving your goals and even more.

The best view comes after the hardest climb.
