Grace and Gratitude Nourish Hope



This chapter talks about courteous good will and the readiness to show appreciation. Many people forget to be grateful and how to wonder at what is simple and precious. We let foolish things to annoy us, and we give our strength to things that should not even get our attention. 

My dear, gratitude is a powerful thing. Gratitude produces resiliency and hope.Gratitude heals.
Research draws a direct line between gratitude and health. Research suggests that grateful individuals have more energy and optimism. That grateful people are less bothered by life hassles. That grateful people are more resilient in the face of stress. That grateful people have better health. Grateful people suffer less depression than the rest of us. If being a grateful person would earn me all this without a cost, why can't i practice gratitude.
It is something we can learn and improve on.

Gratitude encourages the heart....!!!
