Change is coming with or without your permission.
some changes will be thrust upon us,
many a time we want to throw them back.
My dear, remember , change isn't just about losing something.
Change add something to us.
Change is uncomfortable 
but if we manage it well, 
if we are open to it,
The change we face will become the victories we celebrate.
